Comes across as a Lager, but not advertised as one on the label. Used lager yeast so that's probably where the taste comes from. Super smooth and refreshing. No discernible notes. But damn good being so cold out of the fridge. Thank you Law! Others ones will be had this weekend.

Scottish Ale with lunch also from Mr Law.

    IMG_3052.jpg

    5.5 ABV
It's definitely an ale. Some caramel and chocolate on the nose. Smooth finish. Malty after taste. Very good with my lunch selection today. Definitely recommend this one

Will post impressions once I put it down :D

Ok beer went down. Quick. Was expecting stronger coffee taste but turned out to be just right. Like drinking iced coffee. Very light palette for a stout, so it's a beer you can keep drinking and the coffee/"stoutness" won't weigh you down nor tire you of the flavor. Excellent choice Mr. @Law323

Am I allowed to lurk this thread if i rarely drink?

Or is there a minimum number of posts containing different beers required?

I promise I won't speak up...I'll just enjoy your good savory sauce pics :D

You're only allowed to lurk if you ride to Casey brewing and blending in Glenwood springs and get me some beer.

    Thats it????

I was there 2 nights ago. That's an easy one. Just might be another month before I'm done there. If you remind me on June 28th it'll be done.

My office is 10 minutes away from Casey, but that's 3 hours from home. I work from home but conduct meetings on the last Friday of every month at that office

They only do sales on Saturday I'm pretty sure. They just changed their business model according to their website. You have to buy a ticket where you get a tasting of their beer with the option to buy bottles afterwards. If you're ever over that way on a Saturday I'll buy your ticket and send money for the beer.

I don't drink much anymore due to earlier year's ass-hattery and can't remember what I did 10 minutes ago. Please remind me around June 28th and I promise it'll get done

Man it was so damn good. It actually tasted much better and less peppery once it got to room temperature.

Take a bottle and let it sit at room temperature for about 45 mins and try it. I bet it will be a totally different beer. That Mexican cake I had last night was strong chocolate and lots of habanero when it was cold. I had to go pick up my wife and sis in law from dinner and left the glass out while I was gone. I drank it when I got back and it was so much better.

    Another one down Mr @Law323.

Crisp beer. I was expecting a stronger blueberry taste but didn't find it. Small citrus after taste but no other flavor or aroma I could pick up. Went down like a wine cooler with a beer aftertaste LOL. But was super refreshing after cleaning the garage today. Would definitely drink again

Dude in the front reminds me of the bad guy in Live or Let Die 007 movie or Disneys Princess and the Frog LOL
