Beer B.S. and Review Thread

Is he staying downtown? Or in the burbs

 

He's going to be in the city. Mostly looking for names. I applaud his attempt to circumvent the bad experiences, but it's part of the journey.

 

Jolly pumpkin is good. Eastern market has a few. Barcade is not a brewery but has a ton of great beers and is filled with old video games and pinball. I highly recommend it.

There is a lot of good food and drinks up that way.

 

A limited summer releas from my local. Tasty.

 

Not a bad IPA in any way. Juicy but not tart, lingering aftertaste but not bitter or overpowering or unpleasant. My fridge is currently set at a 4/7 and I'd prefer this to be served at a 6.

 

Smooth and like a very hopped cider. Not a shandy, but def won't think this is a regular beer. I like it.

 

I see a lot of people throwing out their Untappd info in this thread, but it's so spread out and inconsistent it's hard to follow unless you're following this thread religiously.

Someone should start a separate thread that is focused on listing out Untappd user names...

 

Sorry for your loss. I felt your pain earlier this year. There will be others, but try not to compare.
