Stripped several of the 6mm screws, some are flush, some are not. All are locked down via torque wrench. Anybody else experienced issues with this install. I'm using the correct tools. Luckily my dealer had 4 extras on hand.

Make sure the threads are clean before installation. Do you have a spray in liner? If so that may have gummed them up. I checked each bolt hole by hand before mounting them up. Tap if you have to.

Forgive my ignorance, but exactly how would I clean bedliner threads before hand.
That's prob why some are not flush as they are gunked up

Chase the threads with a tap to clean them out.

I installed the factory rail system on my Tundra that had the factory spray in bed liner. I set the rails in with the push in, slide in grommets. I then used a sharp awl to find the screw holes. I then pushed the screws in to contact the nuts, and tightened them. No problems at all.
