My 2024 1794 with 9400 miles developed a horrific bed knocking noise behind the left rear passenger seat that sounded like it was coming from the bed. I also had 3 rattles inside the cab all on the right side. I took my truck to my dealership 4K miles ago and to see if they could find what was causing all my noises. Well they could not find them but did acknowledge that they were present. They tighten down my bed bolts and looked for anything obvious and found nothing. They submitted an inquiry to Toyota about the issue. Well after driving this truck and hating it because the bed knocking noise was driving me crazy I emailed my dealership and told them that they had to do something about it or I was going to get rid of my truck. After they had it 2 days they found the problem. The rear cab hydraulic body mounts were bad. They replaced them and the bed knock went away as well as those other 3 rattle. My truck now drive like it should nice and quiet. Here are the parts that they changed: 2 each 94188-01241 Nut, Lock, 2 each52206-0C031 Cushion Sub-Assy, 2 each 52206-0C160 Cushion Sub-Assy. I hope that this will help someone so they don't have to go through my pain.
