Anyone install a handle on the bed wall to grab when using the power step to climb up into the bed or to step down out of the bed?

Looking for ideas to use this tie down anchor point to install a grab handle to help pull up into the bed or step down when using the power step. Maybe something like a large rope cleat that has screw holes that match up to those for the tie down. A strap may work but I think it should be solid.

Yes, I grab the corner of the bed's sidewall but that is not a good hold especially if wet. Trying to practice 3 points of contact to avoid falls.
