One of my 2016 bed bolt heads is getting rust formation and while I don't love that in particular, I'd like to move to something I don't need to worry about in the future. MN is an awesome place to have to micromanage rust mitigating so wherever I can find good stainless, where I don't have to worry about reaction with aluminum of course.

I found an old 2012 thread recommending 110mm or 120mm BUMAX stainless steel bolts, but I can't find them in the M12 x 1.25 thread pitch (lots of 1.75 tho).

Any stainless alternatives anyone's used with success or should I just, buy a goofy Torx 55 OEM and do it all over again someday?

I’ve been meaning to find a solution for this as well. I bought a bolt correct length etc just not the right thread pitch unfortunately.

what’s the exact specs of the oem bolts maybe @Jowett knows?

    Too many, but not enough....
Why not just clean it up and spray some black rustoleum on it?

I’d rather upgrade them to stronger bolts since I currently use them for tiedowns also

    Many on the way.
I’m not aware of anything in stainless, but will keep an eye out.

How about 140Ksi Titanium alloy? Ti64 Grade 5 titanium sufficient?

    https://www.ti64.com/product-p/5425.htm

An expensive venture over a hundred bucks from this particular vendor, but would the material be OK?

I would be terrified of the dissimilar metal corrosion between the titanium and the whatever metal its going into. I would honestly just clean the bolts off and give em a shot of Fluid Film, or something in that vein, and call it a day.

That'd be me. Except I'd probably buy five or six of 'em. Once the Apocalypse begins they'll be scarce.

Titanium won't react with stainless steel, steel, galvanized, or aluminum, or salt water corrode, and Grade 5 is sufficient for exceeding our loads needs. I've reached out to some other manufacturers to see if I can beat the individual item prices. If they do minimum quantities of 100, I'll see what their price is then, might be a space to create a nice niche to resell packs of 6 on eBay or something maybe.
