Looks great. Really like that rear bumper. No way I could block that AC vent on my side though. The passenger would have to do without, and I'd just squint to see what the far one was reading.

How do you like that dash mount? I just looked them up and their install video doesnt show our gen, but that one would work really well for what I have planned.

I love that dash mount. I looked around and non but this one was recessed. That was the first draw for me because whatever I mount on it will be less of an obstruction to my view. That being said those little balls are 1 inch which is a different size than my other previous phone mount accessories. It took a lot of trial and error to find stuff, but Fanaue aluminum phone mount and the flat phone holder are great. I was going to get a radar detector for the flat mount and still might, but I just have doubts about radar detectors actually being beneficial.

You have a 12v outlet too and for some who are looking for a power source for a dash cam this could be the solution to their problem.

I think I moved faster than I should have. everything was thought out but the one thing I should have done first was the front bumper

I am still in the process of looking for one that meets my lifestyle requirements. Having a winch is cool but I’m not sure it’s essential for me.

Had a JK and after not much but too much money spent on mods I regretted. I spend a lot of time before I comment to my mods now.
(With the exception of the westcott front lift for bilstiens then getting Fox take offs.)

So, it sounds like a hiccup given all you have done so far. Looking forward to seeing which bumper you pick.

    Update;

    Good Evening all..
So I learned a lot over the last few months especially concerning supercharging a Tundra.
Number one Don't buy any pedal devices if you are going to "custom" tune your vehicle
I got a Magnusson 2650 blower and the "can tune" so all the shop did was install the S/C and program the stock tune than dyno it to confirm the tune.
I still had a limiter , and the banks pedal thing which i had upgraded from a pedal commander. Those things are for people who dont custom tune their vehicles.
and shops will give you what you ask for but not what they know you want. Simply by saying custom tune makes the conversation straight forward. f

My trans temps are 200 to -233 degrees and I had intended on adding some skid plates but was going to add trans cooler when I find a great one to reduce the temps that having skid plates would cause from my understanding.

It is my understanding that in 2019 toyota no longer produce the external trans cooler so thats my next project.

I have a custom tune now and the truck runs great.

Real Quick, i got a 31AGM odessesy battery again (right) from a different place and I got the [IMG]

and nothing. The irony of it all was that while at work I had someone give me a sanity check because I know I wasnt crazy
At the same time another guy passing heard us talking with my hood up and he had horrible experiences with Odessey in his hand built engine
Hes running two fuel pumps and like me tried Odessey batteries and had issues so I moved on from Odessey.

There’s got to be something better than these buttons. I had one installed and I forgot where i ordered it from. Well at first it worked great then it wouldn’t shut off. That was a problem but after a couple taps it went off. Then it could come on but not switch on. so I said it must be a cheap one and got another from a reputable Toyota off road store but now it’s doing the same thing.
any suggestions were to get one of those buttons that wouldn’t die after a couple of months would be greatly appreciated

This wasn’t no fun. She hit truck and boat
But a lot of lessons learned.

had I not had a Aftermarket steel bumper I would have much more damage to my truck

Did you ever contact a lawyer or traffic accident reconstruction expert?
We hired an accident reconstruction expert and it was worth its weight in gold.

    @ColoradoTJ

lawyer is on it. I’ve used him before with great results. As of right now everything is moving but slow. I have not spoken with him lately because of a cause he was already working but mid next week we will get together

dash camera facing front and rear is priceless

Good to hear. Just from what you described before, I just don't see how this is your fault. Guess I would need to see the on-ramp to the highway or full video.

I said I would go back and record
Florida is a no fault state which sucks but in the video it’s clear that she “sped up” to try cut me off but didn’t

yesterday on my way to work cops were collapsing two lanes into one. I put on my single light to merge right this guy road parallel of me and would not let me in
I just said to myself sit and wait
Waited but some people are just not going to let you in. But I was able to get in there by one person

Going to get a CFS radiator installed if the Lord be will soon
I probably should have done it first , in hindsight but here I am.
Needle bearings to sleeve is what I’m looking at afterwards and brakes

Wilwood don’t make calipers neither does Baer brakes however the latter of the two makes rotors and I’m really surprised. I’ve been looking and contacted dis engineering and even spoke to them on the phone but no response to my email.

I really need some u bolts that’s long and won’t rust and the switch for my reverse lights not working again. I have to take care of so stuff and won’t be here for a while but as I can I’ll check in
So if you got suggestions don’t hesitate to send or post I’ll see them at some point

    Working on a new project
Got me a Brad nailer that I have been following and it’s pretty nice and wasn’t expensive especially considering I was thinking of Milwaukee but it didn’t make since for a battery operated one for me.

Anyways that little area underneath the tonneau cover drum I am hoping to use

Took off skid plate and I’m glad I did. The hardware was hardly there. You would think that any given tech would have alerted me to this but not so. Hardware has been ordered and I’m looking to get a different color TRD lettering for the skid plate. I’m not sure but I found one for a Tacoma
