During cold weather has anyone used a battery maintainer? My truck was doing fine until this cold weather kicked in. The temps have been in the 20's and it's supposed to get around -6 wind chill tonight. It dragged a little when I cranked it up. Just curious.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Lead acid batteries do not like the cold. Adding a trickle charger or maintainer can't hurt as long as it's not trying to overcharge. Down where I live I never have to worry about it.
