Bars that attach to utility track?

Have sort of an odd question. I plan on using a Softopper for extra storage when going on vacations. I know I’ll have extra space and be able to stack things on top of each other. Is there some sort of adjustable bar that attaches to the utility track system that I could use to “build” a shelf to store items off of the bed, but under the Softopper?

I looked around to see if anyone had anything, but couldn’t find anything relevant in the search. I did see someone put a tent under their Softopper, but their system was a little overkill and had welded bars. Anyone have any ideas?
