Just installed the Bak Revolver x4ts cover. The rails are set against the front deck rail system. The screws that are supposed to drop down into slots are not lining up. I can only use one knob on each side as the screw is sitting right next to the springs on both sides. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, exact same issue. Also, one side of my cover doesn’t properly latch to the rail. A replacement set of rails is being sent out. Super disappointing considering the price of the cover.

Bak (REALTRUCK) customer service got back to me and they are sending new rails. Yes! Considering the price, they should go through their inventory and inspect those rails! Instead of just hoping everything works out for us when it's being installed.

Received new rails! Same dimensions, same issues. Not sure what to do at this point.

Same issues. I really wanted to love this tonneau, as it checked all the boxes I needed, but something isn't manufactured right. The cover hangs too far over the cab end of the bed, the bolt that attaches the cover to the side rails bangs right up on the springs, and the star knobs won't tighten all the way down to secure the cover. It also scrapes into my tailgate on one side when closing, and the end cap was broken when I received it. I packed it up and sent it back.
