BAK Industries Lead Time

Just ordered a BAK X4s rolling cover from my guy Santana and was super pumped about it. (transaction was silky smooth) Come to find out BAK is mto and they're on a 20 business day lead time...a whole month, potentially. I don't know if it would have swayed my choice but I believe we have all grown accustomed to instant gratification these days. I suppose that if this is the worst thing I have to complain about today, I'm doing alright....

 

I ordered one about a month ago direct from Bak and it shipped in like 3 days.

 

I ordered a different rolling locking system from Gator GRX-G60860 got it in 4 days from order,I can dig up my email record if your interested.

 

So, apparently if you call Real Truck and complain they move your lead time up - My cover shipped last night.

 

I ordered mine from 4wheelparts, was in-stock, and shipped next day.
