Back up camera parking guidelines have disapeared

Had my '24 at the dealership today because when the truck is in reverse the guidelines have disappeared from the infotainment screen. Additionally I can not change the views or see the view of the truck bed when driving. When I attempt to change views nothing works. Dealership tells me that this is a known issue and that Toyota is working on a fix. I can't find any threads or posts on this forum indicating that anyone else has had this problem. Truck only has 9800 miles, no other problems.

Anyone else hear of anything like this?
