Would you rather have them on rear view mirror 4.3" or on bigger head unit monitor?

Bigger head unit of the two choices. But fine with factory setup.

I have the 3.5" in my 2010 and it works great for aligning my hitch and avoiding rear collisions when backing up. I like the rear view mirror position for viewing which seems natural although small. My other vehicles with larger LCD screens in the dash seem awkward for backing up. That's just my preference. I see other mirrors that have a very larger image almost all the way across the mirror which would be nice, but my 3.5" in the rear view mirror works great. IMO

The HU, gives you a reason to upgrade the HU with better :)

Also prefer the larger screen. Probably would not change a mirror screen if stock.
