Back Up Assist - 3rd Gen

Anyone try this feature out?

Is it a useful feature or just one more unnecessary thing to clutter up the software?

I think it comes on the Capstone, maybe the 1794 and Platinum as well.

 

I haven't used it yet. I think it's a neat feature, I can't say how well it works because I haven't programmed my trailer for it yet.

 

DIY, did you get the "Straight Path" added in a tech package? We can't get that up her unless we go to the higher models. I have a Limited and while it has backup cameras, it doesn't have that feature.

I was asking about the feature should I look at getting a higher trim (mainly for the addition of the hybrid). I know that Capstone has it, but not too sure about the other trims. In Canada, we can't add the optional packages other than: TRD package, TRD Pro to the Limited Trim, And I think the Nightshade in the new ones.
