Does anyone know if I can swap a 2004 Toyota Sequoia Rear Axle Assembly with 4:10 gears into a 2004 tundra with 4:10 gears. My axle is rusted bad and needs to be changed before something happens and was hoping this is possible to do because they have rear disk brakes. Thanks

It’s possible but you’re going to have to change all the mounts because the Sequoia has coil springs in the back. Welding will be involved. I’m sure somebody around here has done it, maybe they will chime in and give you some advice.

Might be easier to get a tundra axle and swap disks onto it.

The Toyota Sequoia Rear Axle is easier to find used then the tundra is. The mount changes are not hard to do. I,ve already found 1 complete with new rotors for 900 delivered.
