Auto-Tranny Vibration/Shudder during shifts

2013 4.6 Double cab 2wd

I've never towed anything and I maintain everything like crazy. Just had transmission serviced (fluids) 6 months ago, no metal, nothing. Everything has been great up until a month ago it has a slight vibration/shudder when automatic tranny shifts either up or down. Anyone have experience with this? I want to lean towards U-joints, fingers crossed
A lot of posts I've found talk about a certain gear or RPMs or Miles an hour theirs acts up but, haven't seen any posts where it happens on all shifts up or down w/out a load. Also, no codes. Thanks!!
