Auto start for 18 tundra ?

    Is there a oem auto start that lets me use the regular key some how instead of having a another fob? If no what is the best and most reliable? Is it something I can do my self I do I need pro installation?

    I had a compustar put in my 18. Uses the factory remote to start. Only issue is you must then use the key to unlock the door because the factory fob is locked out of the system.

    IMO get the Viper or AutoStart instead of the OEM unless the OEM is installed at the factory during the build. I had an OEM installed at the dealership and it was a hassel to time the three beeps just right.
