I have a 2020 trdpro. Lately my auto headlights are not coming on when its dark enough. But at night they come on. I made an appt at the dealer but i think its more of a sensitivity issue. It was working fine since i bought it, but just as of lately it started acting weird. Does anyone know how to adjust the sensitivity ?

any reason anyone can think of why this would happen ?

the sensor is on the dashboard correct ?

There is a setting for sensitivity in the head unit. The manual will show you where it is.

Yes the sensor is on the dash. Have you tried cleaning it? It may be covered with armor all residue or something like that.

I'll definitely try cleaning it. I found the sensor adjustment, i changed it to +1, covered the sensor and lights came on. Thank you.
