2011 tundra limited. When I start my truck up the auto climate control light comes on and I can’t control my heater for 30 secs. Then finally the light goes away and I can control my heater. I’ve tried to turn the auto climate control off but it just keeps coming back on every time I start the truck. Does anyone know or can help me getting the auto climate control to full stay off so I can manually control my heater controls?

Once the truck comes on you should be able to adjust the fan or temp manually by just moving the dials and this should kick out auto.

I don't turn the heat on until after I've driven a few miles, I allow the engine to reach operating temperature before taking any heat from it.

The manual controls don’t work until after the 30 sec delay. It doesn’t allow me to do anything until the auto light goes away. This happened last year and I pressed a couple buttons to get it to fully turn off but can’t figure it out this time.
