AUDIO SETTINGS NOT WORKING

Hi, I bought a 2016 Tundra, but the radio was broken, so I purchased a used one in good conditions, I installed it an updated it, but the audio settings (treble, mid, bass) are not responding, I touch the screen and the sound changes but doesn't show me that is changing in the graphics, this happens on the FM Audio Settings and the CD Audio Settings too, anyone know a solution for this? PS: I'm from Latin America, I apologize in advance for any gramatical or typing mistake.

 

Did you try putting a non-JBL Entune head unit in where you have a JBL system? I think we're going to need more info about the trim level and options on your truck.
