Astroflex remote started now only starts with key in ignition

I’ve got a 2007 Tundra with an Astroflex remote started installed, which has worked excellently for the two years I’ve owned the truck. Recently the remote starter has stopped working, the engine with crank continuously and will not stop cranking if the remote starter is used.

If the key is put in the ignition to deactivate the alarm and the remote starter is used the truck fires right up. I’m assuming some programming has been lost so the immobilized is no longer being deactivated by the remote starter? Does anyone have any tips on reprogramming an Astroflex remote starter?
