Hey all, last week I got a check antenna prompt on my hud when trying to listen to Sirius. I think a critter has chewed threw it? I have started my process of eliminating the easy stuff ie check wire in pillar... but I started to peel back the door sill rubber and all I saw was airbag material.. do I need to have dealer fix this or is it safer than I'm making it out to be? I'm not wanting to make an 80$ antenna replacement into an airbag deployment nightmare... and yes I have searched for hours and couldn't find info.. sorry
    Thanks in advance

I don't think it should be an issue, but if you're really worried about it, just disconnect the battery before attempting anything.
