ARB Slimline 100 (LiFePo4) in USA

I have been struggling to find a happy solution!

I'm good with removing the trim/padding/as much as I can behind the back seat.
Sacrificing the 60 or the 40 seat itself seems to be more then I'm willing to do, and an often used solution.

After months of waiting, everything else has now been delivered, and power is the only unsolved problem!

Over the months the best thing I could find was the Renogy Rego.

Really, it was too big to fit two and I would need a separate BMS, DC-DC, MPPT, more fuses and breakers.

Then I found the ARB, it will let me put 2 behind the seat and only needs an inverter to finish the electrical setup.

Any ideas on how to get my hands on a pair of these in the US - west coast? They seem to not be leaving the Australian market right now.

A 1.5" C channel, pushing the seat forward, will allow for two slim self powered subs and the inverter to all be mounted under the batteries.


So far this seems to be the best/only real solution to keep a complete back seat while using a turnkey solution.
I'm open to advice/suggestions even going a different route. -Thanks

As for a DIY battery; a 4xEVE 280 is an option. Would be my first battery build, and not a lot going on.. I would just hate to do some simple mistake and have some catastrophic BS result, so I'm looking for a turnkey.

Well this is an interesting addition to the market segment... I've got a Renogy Core mini 100Ah self heated sitting in a box along with their IP67 DC-DC/Solar charger combo, but no truck to test fit/install them on.

 

LiTime makes a slim 100ah LiFePO4 . not all the features of the ARB but maybe an option.

Do you just not want to run it to the car battery? Or are you installing a lot of powerful speakers?

 

I don't think his goal is stereo here, as he wants a 1KW inverter and I would imagine other 12v loads as well

 

He mentioned two powered subs, so I assumed he was talking about an audio system.
