Looking to replace brake pads, possibly rotors before I go with 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers… recommendations?

    any other recommended maintenance?

    Nice looking truck!

I would follow the manual for any other maintenance items. Fluid changes and an alignment check with the new tires would be a good idea

    Too many, but not enough....
Probably plugs, at the very minimum I would check them.

    In addition to ^

Throttle body and MAFS cleaning. $15-$20 in parts (cleaners and can get multiple uses out of them) and about 10-15 minutes of time. Easy quick hit item and can do quite a bit of good

    Tastefully enhanced...
It's recommended to install a supercharger after you get the engine finally broken in at 100k...it comes with everything and makes you confident in your choice of truck... just saying.

If you haven't done it yet or recently:
    - Diff fluid front and rear
    - Transfer case fluid
    - Transmission fluid
    - Coolant

and like someone else mentioned, spark plugs

    • Diff/transfercase/trans fluid
    • Coolant
    • Spark plugs
    • Grease driveline zerks (if your truck has them, should be doing this every oil change anyways)

Those powerstop kits are nice. For me personally i've never had an issue with OEM though and they last a while.

A few items have already been mentioned:

-check all bushings. replace if needed
-check engine/transmission mounts. replace if needed
-change as many fluids as possible
-lube everything that can be lubed
    -sparkplugs
-search for leaks (fluids or vaccuum)
    -rust? get rid of it
-torn/rotten CV boots, ball joint dust covers. replace if needed (sadly, OEM ball joints are not greaseable and must be replaced)

Got nothing on rotor/pad combos since I've only had OEM, but there's a chance that might change sooner than later.
If your truck has no apparent issues, leaks, strange noises or anything in between, then you can expect another 100k without issue
