    Interview tomorrow.

    Same company but its a move back into management, on the corporate side. Still be working in stores but my duties would be managing a team that does in store projects, sets etc. Still a M-F weekends off gig, but with federal holidays off, lots of travel as well.
    Some things unknown are the pay band, I am currently at the higher end of pay for associates, and my current approved time off which falls into that teams holiday sets which are normally blacked out for time off, but its a use it or loose it type thing so maybe some answers on those items tomorrow as well.

    The opportunity to network is pretty strong and I already know folks who made this jump as well as in operations at other locations.

    They are going to be making a move on this one fast, not sure who else is being considered but I figure for the current manager to step down to go back to store side as a manager for a store department that they have someone already in mind, which would not surprise me.

    So its a interview tomorrow and should find something out this week.

    Be prepared for the interview. At our company there are usually four to six employees conducting the interview including the CEO. This can be overwhelming to some.
