Anyway to access behind back seat 2007 Double Cab?

    New to me 2007 with 59,600 miles
    I reached around the behind the back seat of my (new to me) 2007 Double Cab and it feels like there is some area I could use for storage. I checked the owners manual and it says you can fold down the back of a Crew Cab back seat but nothing about a Double Cab.

    There are nylon loops stick out of the top of the seat and I have pulled on them but nothing clicks or moves. I'm assuming they are either for the Child Restraint System, or I'm a complete wimp.

    Any Ideas? I think my AR would fit nicely;)
