I've tried searching and there are many threads on different tire sizes, but most that are running 10.50 width are 1st gen trucks.

    I'm currently trying to decide between 35x12.50 17 E or 35x10.50 17 D sizes (specifically Kenda Klever R/T).

I don't need E rated tires and heard they can ride rough. I know there are many advantages to a narrower tire vs a wider tire, but I wanted some real world feedback from a Tundra owner and pictures if you have them.

The D rated tires will ride noticeably better over the E rated. I went down this road on my previous Tacoma, never again will I put an E rated tire on a light duty truck. Disclaimer - I am sensitive and like quiet and smooth riding vehicles.

I have no direct experience with the sizes you are asking about on a Tundra, however.
