Are you wanting to tie into the wiring under the hood for a closer location the relay and fuse?

Under the dash would be ideal. I will add a flasher board. Hope someone knows the location under the dash if it exists.

    Thanks @RowdyRon
If I can find where A51 wire is Under the dash that would be ideal.

@RowdyRon how do I figure out where the A51 junction is located. That is the key to this.

Can I Pull the 3rd brake lamp assembly out from outside? I remember when I replaced my bulb, the housing stayed and could only pull out the bulb. If I could pull out the housing I could install the module behind the housing.

    This has been asked before.

No, has to be pulled form inside to replace the whole assembly, only the bulbs can be replaced outside.

    I pulled these for a 2008 a while back.

Ok, sorry, just read the OP. The 3rd gen hasn't been published to the site I have access to yet. I can look it up for the 2nd gens if you'd like

So you want the third brake light to flash a few times before going solid when braking??

If so I am so annoyed with cars that do this. Don't know why, just annoys me. But might help with others stopping and not hitting you.
