I've called my local dealership and they gave me 42607-02050 based on my VIN number he put in, which I think is wrong. But this guy has been there for 16 years, 8 as a mechanic.

But, looking at at 3 different Toyota dealerships that sell OEM parts online, I put in my VIN number and validate it's a 2021 Platinum and then put in part number 42607-02050 in the search bar and I get a "does not fit your vehicle" warning and instead references 42607-06030. Same for all 3 dealerships.

Then I put in "Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor" in the search bar and making sure the context is still 2021 Tundra Platinum and it list 4 sensor part numbers that state the ''2021 Tundra Platinum" in the "Vehicle Fitment" tab.

    42607-04020
    42607-0C101
    42607-06030
    42607-0C091

Spend $100 and get yourself 4 of these! Got them in my new SCS Wheels earlier this year and have been working flawlessly. No programming to the truck at all! Truck picks them up once you hit the reset under the steering wheel. Mines a 2020!

You're welcome, those OEM ones will be at least triple the price. No reason not to use those Xtra-Seal sensors to save a considerable amount! They all function the same!
