Seats , 20 inch rims, Qi charger, remote starter,katskinz seats, extang bed cover, pop’n’lock tailgate, color matched honeycomb grill and hood bulge,

I have tried to install this rhino radio 12 inch head unit with out knobs. but I seem to have issues with the set up for the unit. I cannot seem to get backup camera to work and a/c heat not functioning. radio works well. I’m having buyers remorse. I was going to get someone from Best Buy to get geek squad to assist but still not taking appointments for auto installation near me. Any chance you can assist with settings or have a similar radio. Any suggestions ?
