Thinking of changing out our oem stock 20's and run the Fuel Vector 18x9's with a +20mm offset.

Anyone else on here running something similar.

I’ve got 275/70/18’s on Method 316’s 18x9 with +18 offset. Fit great and no rub whatsoever.
Here they are on stock suspension.

And here they are with Dobinsons 1.75” rear shocks/springs and Bilstein 6112’s up front set at 2.78”

Thanks for the info. This is exactly what I was looking for and the route I want to go with. I’ve ran the 6112’s on our Tacoma and they’re great, definitely adding them to the sequoia.

    Thanks!
Venom Power Terra Hunter XT’s :bananadance:
I kinda took a chance in these cause they were super cheap and some reviews were not so good. They are made in Thailand. My friend who works for Cooper Tires was super butt hurt that I got them. So far they have been great and no complaints whatsoever! My buddies called them Gambler 500 tires :rofl:and told me good luck getting them to balance but they mounted fine and have so far made it on a loaded down Florida trip from Ohio! Got about 9k miles on them and am waiting to see how they do in the snow this year.

edit: I messed up the name, it’s fixed! :D

is there a reason you guys went with 18in wheels instead of 17s?

Personally, it seemed like only some 17” rims fit without issues and it seemed like the calipers were really close to the wheel, I didn’t wanna risk something getting wedged between them. Also, I am on the road for the most part, didn’t need the ultimate off road wheel tire combo. I feel the 18” is a nice compromise.

Wheels are Fuel Vector 18x9 with a +20mm offset
    Tires are 275/70/18 Ko2's
    Stock suspension.

I am waiting on some bilstein shocks, but they're on back order.

If i am not mistaken, these vectors don't come in the 17's for the sequoia.

I think the bolt pattern on most 17s is not compatible with the Sequoia. It comes stock with 20s or 18s (pro model).

The same 17s that work on Tundras should work for Sequoias. Look at Icon and Method and they both provide hub centric 17” rims that look great.
