Trying to figure out where to wire the backlight on my Baja Design 40" S8 bar light to. I'd like it to come on and off like the parking lights. I've already used the tail light circuit but it's already has an Add A Fuse, so it's not available. Started to look under the drive side engine bay fuse block and see that fuse #26 is for DRL LED. Can anyone confirm that indeed that fuse #26 is for DRL, if so I guess I can try adding a Add A Fuse circuit there. Any one have any other suggestions, thank!

I mean….pull the fuse and see if the DRL goes off. Put it back and see if they come back on. Don’t ever think it.

What year is your truck and which headlights do you have, halogen, OEM LED?
In a truck with LED DRLs the fuse is simply a BATT 'always on' connection.
Then the ECU triggers the LED DRL relay to turn on/off the DRL lights.

Besides that if you wired your light bar backlighting into a DRL circuit, they will only come on when the parking/headlights are off.
    Hence DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS..

Let me know what kind of headlights you have and I'll try to help you more.

If the draw isn't much in your backlight lighting, you could tap into the parking light circuit at the headlight.
I did that for my TRD Pro grille lights and backlighting for my Rigid pod fog lights..

Why not just piggy back off the add a fuse circuit that’s being used for the parking lights? If you’re only using it as an input trigger, then it won’t effect the circuit in any way as it will only use milliamps to keep the relay closed.

I can't find the parking light fuse, that would be the easiest way to do it. You know what fuse that might be for 2020 withe LED headlights?

Not sure. Didn’t you say you already tried the tail light fuse that had the add a fuse in it? The tail light circuit would function that same as the parking.

Parking light fuse is the TAIL fuse under the dash in that fuse box.
That circuit includes front and rear parking lights and license plate lights.

Didn’t know if I could pull from something from the fuse panel on the driver’s side under the hood. Right now I have Add A Fuses for the Switch Pros SP-9100. I can go through the Switch Pros but I don’t want to use a switch just for the back light. The three Add A Fuses that I’ve added are one for ignition, one for LED LH and one for LED RL.
