Any issues with squealing brake kit fixed by Toyota?

Was wondering if anyone is having any issues with their truck with squealing brake kit fixed by Toyota ? Finally got mine in after a year and a half and is in the shop now being replaced.

 

I’m in Canada. Just had mine to the dealer but they couldn’t replicate. No fix for mine, just said I had lots of brake life left.

 

Very odd, mine did for awhile and now squeak free since winter.

 

Finally got mine done after waiting for a few months for parts. All good no more squeak. When I originally had the problem, which was intermittent but loud, I had my wife record it on the phone as I backed out of the driveway. Called local dealership. Sent them the recording along with the VIN and mileage. They looked at the recording and ordered the parts. Good Dealership which I have used for years.

 

There is an active T-S-B for this 0022-25.

 

Just picked mine up and no more squealing. They replaced pads and rotors. I was told they reverted back to using parts from 2nd gen tundras to fix issue. Hope this helps everyone. Happy to have the truck back.

 

For what it's worth, the pads and rotors between a 2nd gen and 3rd gen are not interchangeable... It may be a compound change, but the actual parts don't fit

 

It’s the anti rattle clip that is used. They just went back to the old method from the previous gen.

 

Mine sqeal in reverse in the morning.
