New to the forum, hope this is the appropriate place to post this. I've been a huge fan of this Tundra project, they built it much like I would build mine:

    https://motoiq.com/category/projects/toyota/tundra/

Just a few things I wouldn't do, like fender flares, window tint, pricy Volk wheels (TRD $3k+ cheaper). I'm also holding off on the air bags, it seems they are for towing stability and I don't think I need the overkill. The question I have for the suspension gurus out there is cast and camber - they do mention on their site that they might look into new upper control arms to get the numbers they want - anybody have any insight on that? I'm posting my parts list below with current (12/21/18) prices and hope it might be a contribution to the forum:

Just my opinion but I'm not a fan of 20" wheels unless it's never going off road. Tires are more expensive and more prone to failure off road.
If you're going with King c/o I'd recommend the extended travel and yes, I think UCAs are a great addition. The 2 I would suggest are TC or MCM 'cause I like the alignment #s they provide. The alignment #s I'm after for my truck are:
    Camber 0*
    Caster 4* driver 4.5* passenger
    Toe .07 for a total of .14
One thing I notice missing on your list is a CMC (cab mount chop).

Thanks for the input! Had to google CMC, it's nice to know that is all I have to do to fit the tires. I'm going 20" because of the bigger brakes, my off-roading is limited to jeep trails in Canyonlands and the Moab area, I won't be rock crawling or mudding. UCA's will be added to the list,

Heim Joint Pivot Upper Control Arms by Total Chaos TCF-87500-H $ 952.58

I am changing the tire size down to a LT295/55R20 E 123/120Q RDG 32.8 Nitto Ridge Grappler but I'm sure I'll still need the CMC (285 or bigger, right?).

TC with heims is an excellent choice, you'll just need an experienced alignment tech.
Beside tire size, caster and wheel offset play a large role in whether or not a CMC is required.

Did you put on the Addco 2176 front sway bar? Is it any good? TRD does not make a front sway bar for a 2007 Tundra.
