I appears that the anti-siphon flap (valve, device, thingamabob, doohickey, whatever the heck you call it) is broken. I went to fill up and I could see down the pipe instead of seeing the thing that gets pushed out of the way when you fill up. I may be mistaken having been without the truck for 3 months. Hopefully, assuming it's broken, the broken bits won't cause fuel pump problems in the future. I did find this post, but no answers. It's a 2012, has anyone noticed the part, or the lack thereof?

I think the anti siphon thing is really far down inside.
