Hello I'm new to the group thanks for having me. I have an 03 Tundra and the car wash took off my antenna. Someone tried to use a threading tool to get the piece out and of course it didn't work. How do I get that housing out to replace the entire antenna?

You’ll need to pull the inner fender liner for access to it, basically the plastic liner above your passenger tire

Welcome. As Frenchy said, the antenna housing is located inside the inner fender. It is held in place with 1 bolt. The chrome piece at the top of the antenna mast itself unscrews and after that the mast can be unscrewed. DO NOT DAMAGE OR LOSE THE CHROME RING AS IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED! The plastic black around the fender pops up through the top of the fender. Then you remove the radio, disconnect the antenna and thread the cable through the firewall behind the glove box to remove the assembly.
@whodatschrome has pretty good pics of his relocation here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/tacoed-tundra-project.130491/page-6#post-3356247
EDIT: @Voss has detailed pics here too Antenna removal? | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com) When I removed mine to install the snorkel, Voss' was the tread I followed.
