2000 tundra 4.7 just quit on me at a stop light. Starts up for a few seconds and stalls out every time. Sometimes I can keep it running at a high rpm by feathering the throttle but it eventually stalls out. No cel was on or is currently on. I pulled the resistor wire and jumped them together doesn’t seem to be that. Is there a throttle position sensor or should I try cleaning the throttle body or something?

No it seems to be getting plenty of fuel, has a new tank and filter before this issue. Maybe fuel pump but it shoots fuel fairly well

Always start with the easiest, clean throttle body and MAF sensor. Use appropriate cleaners.

Installed new fuel pump, I knew it needed one the truck sat previously for 4 years and I unfroze the one in it because I didn’t know if the truck was going to be any good.
Starts and idles good, but acts like there is a rev limiter around 2500-3000 rpm or so.
    reading 3 p0100 codes maf a?

Jake that item your pointing to on post 8 is the throttle body motor or actuator. Perhaps it is starting to go on ya. It's part of the throttle body assembly. The motor inside can be replaced. RockAuto has 2 different models but they are not cheap. I have found a video for a cleaning process that might get you by. Good luck.

    Update
I have a maf sensor on order. I can drive the truck even at highway speeds, but it starts bucking or limiting the revs around 2800-3000 rpm. P0100 and 0101 keep popping up. Cleaned the sensor and hoping the new one solves the issue. There was a small piece of filter stuck in the sensor to begin with. Mice..

You may be on to something and in answer to your earlier question....yes there is such a thing as Limp mode on our trucks, which could be what you are experiencing in respect to your "limiting the revs around 2800-3000 rpm" comment !

P0100 is defined as a Mass Air Flow Circuit Malfunction.
P0101 means that the signal from the mass air flow sensor (MAF) is out of expected range

With those codes I'd pull the maf out and clean it, the check the connectors for corrosion. Get yourself a can of maf cleaner from wallyworld. I think they sell a maf/tb cleaner combo kit.

Don't cheap out on the MAF or you'll be right back in the same boat.
