Another new guy from Texas

Just wanted to introduce myself and my new (to me) truck.

After spending the last several years in a GMC Sierra Denali, I decided it was time for a change. The Denali was great on comfort and features, but I’d started running into reliability and repair issues that shouldn't have come up in a luxury truck.

I was initially leaning toward another luxury trim from the Big Three, but the Tundra Platinum caught my eye. I debated the hybrid vs. twin-turbo gas engine for a while and ultimately went with the gas model when I found this 2023 with less than 5,000 miles on it.

So now I’m driving a 2023 Tundra Platinum in Midnight Black with the TRD Off-Road package. I'm already planning some upgrades like a rolling tonneau and accessories for camping setups.
