    Glad to have found this forum. Lots of reading to try to catch up and not ask oft-repeated questions.

    I'm a gen1 DC 4WD owner. My current one is 2006 Red SR5 after my son totaled my 2005 White SR5 (same type: DC 4WD.)

    I've kept her mostly stock, but am considering branching out. While she only has 68K original miles, some were on the east coast with lots of salt and other corrosives. I've already completely replaced the rear axle and emergency brake mechanism, so am concerned about frame and front end and other things to keep this truck for many years.
