Android Auto Disconnecting Randomly

2020 SR5 DOUBLE CB w Bucket seats, SUPER white, V8 ,5.6, 6.5ft bed.

Anyone here with a 2019+ that has Andriodauto/appleplay compatibility that is having issues with it randomly disconnecting (hooked up with usb, gps or music playing or both) when you're driving on a smooth road? This is by far my biggest gripe with my truck. Any solutions? Or should I just try a different cord. And if no solutions, how do I get GPS integrated stand alone with my head unit without buying anything crazy?
