Alternator replacement 07 Tundra

The dealership can’t remove the bolts for the water pump which is in front of the alternator,
Anyone ever have this problem?
I’m new to the forum and apologize if I didn’t do this the right way

What engine , I did both my water pump and alternator, and from my recollection of thought on the 5.7L the water pump bolts are not obstructed by the alternator.

Side note though is for the alternator to come out the radiator and fan has to come out.

[edit] are you confusing the power steering pump for the water pump? Did have to loosen the power steering pump to move it for when I did mine. I do remember everything was tight as tight could be and having to use 10ft cheater bars on some of it.

 

First pic: new shiny thing with black pully bottom left is Alternator right above it to the left is the power steering pump. (That did have to get loosened to get access to the alternator)
