Over rated. Stay OEM and change it every 5-6 years and you’ll be good2go

I installed a mishimoto one on my Subaru STI back when I had it as I felt the plastic end caps were cheap looking when opening the hood to see a built engine…it looked nicer, and was a thicker core—can’t say I noticed any real world difference over the stock one other than appearance (i.e. never had temp/cooling issues with the OEM). If I needed a new radiator, I’d probably invest in an aluminum one, but don’t know that I’d replace otherwise on my Tundra.

[IMG] I have a custom one from radiator supply house. Wasn’t cheap but improved my cooling systems performance. I like not having plastic in the engine bay. Next steps finding aluminum p/s abs coolant reservoirs [IMG]
