Just got my truck aligned after replacing my original Bridgestone tires that had 29,000 miles . The tires had the outside wear that seems to be the norm. My truck always seemed to track straight and not wander but the alignment shop couldn’t believe it when they saw the original settings. I am posting the pre alignment numbers as well as the post alignment specs. I just got back from a 200 mile road trip and the truck felt very well planted with no pulling or wandering. Do the alignment numbers seem OK? Did they set to much negative camber?

If your truck feels stable and isn't wandering or pulling, it sounds like the alignment shop did their job well.

Tire wear, especially uneven wear like you mentioned, can indeed be indicative of alignment issues even if the vehicle seemed to track straight. As for the negative camber, it's a balancing act. While some negative camber can aid in cornering and stability, excessive negative camber can lead to premature tire wear, especially on the inner edge.
