When I got my 2020 Tundra SR5 with the TSS 20” wheels it was pulling to the right so I took it to get aligned at a new-to-me place that was close by.

They did the alignment, it tracks straighter. Prior to the alignment the outside edge of both front tires were significantly more worn then the rest of the tires.

After the alignment I rotated the tires, the rears were wearing almost perfect and probably were never rotated before. With the rears on the front they are also starting to wear the outsides after about 1,000 miles. I saw that these trucks have an issue with outer tire wear. Anyone have alignment specs that can minimize this?

Here is the alignment, I’m not sure why there isn’t any caster numbers. I did take notice after the alignment that only one tie rod had tools marks on it.

Thanks I’ll take a look at that. The hard part maybe finding a good shop. I’m not sure if the dealer would do a better job vs the smaller shops in my area.

The rest of that thread references known good (and not so good) shops in different areas. Good luck!

If it’s still on factory tires, forget about it until your next set and redo the alignment.

It’s still on the factory tires that came on the TSS wheels, 275/55/20 Nitto Grapplers
