Hi everyone, my truck was pulling a bit to the right and wearing the outside of the front passenger tire. I took it to get lined up and the control arm bolts were frozen so they couldn’t align it. I just replaced the bolts and lower control arms and now they said that because the Toyota installed 3/2 level kit the passenger front week does not have enough camber adjustment so it’s off. I explained that it was lined up before and he said the truck must have been in an accident then. It has been in an accident and it was sheet metal from a guardrail in the drivers side. I called the shop and they sent me the alignment the day they started repair and the day they finished and it was the same, off the odd number which is machine error. Nothing is bent underneath. Any ideas? The drivers side is at .25 and line in the center, passenger is .65 and the line is hard right. The top of the wheel needs to go in a bit. Thinking spc upper control arms to fix it?

I was having this issue once I got new shocks/struts/shackles installed on mine! I still have a slight drift to the right, and am getting the LCA cam bolt fixed tomorrow because it was seized - they stated they could get more adjustment out of the caster once they fix it, so it should solve the problem. The new tires have no problem so a radial drift wasn't the issue either. Turns out Firestone and other basic alignment shops deal with factory spec numbers instead of 4x4 or offroad numbers.

If you go UCAs, it seems some adjustable ones might do better in the long run. Fixed might be limited to how much adjustment can be made.

I believe I have narrowed down the problem :). Since it is only on one side then it can’t be the fit. I think it is a bent spindle. Anyone know if they bend often. Next question is, anyone ever hear of used ones floating around?
