Can any alignment experts chime in?

I installed a new Fox 2.5 suspension kit, which gave me about 2.5"-3" of lift, and I got an alignment afterwards. Now, only when I turn left at full lock going forward, the outer tie rod hits the spring and makes a terrible sound. Is this something a more competent shop could adjust with alignment? I am planning on getting bigger tires in a couple months, so should I just wait until that happens to get it adjusted? I appreciate any input.
