I received my aironboard switches and can't make heads or tails of the diagram vs the in grill RC led bar 3 wire diagram.

I cut the switch that comes with the led bar I got a blue black and white.

According to the aironboard diagram the green and blue are both positive

Nothing is labeled ground other then to dash light or white wire.

I don't need the back-lit feature that works with dimming I just want to switch to light up when it's on.

The old switch had a red led off then green led when on

    Anyone have any idea?

I saw a few YouTube videos but no one has this 5 pin that I have.

It is a 3 wire switch
Red and Black is only related to switch illumination.

Hope you’re using a relay as it only supports 3A thru the switch.
Also you’ll need fuse that input going to the Green

5 -2 = 3....what is there not to understand? Are the different colors throwing you off?

Yes the colors are screwing me up,

Harness of the led light is blue black white

I can't copy blue to blue etc..

Then the green is throwing me off because the led bar installation said to connect to the battery terminals directly and did come with a fuse. Before I cut the switch off the circuit was working

Now this is exactly my issue the relay and 3A thing. I've been trying to dig online to do this properly.

When it comes to mechanical I have no issues. My weakness is electrical. I always opt for plug and play harnesses as much as I can

I think “RC” means Rough Country
I found their install guide which has a relay pack. It’s not detailed on how relay is triggered, but from this photo input seems to be negative going into 85. Nothing illustrating that 30 is the output to the LED.
