I’m looking at having an Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 Ultimate + Air Lift Wireless One Plus Tank EZMount installed on my 2024 Tundra.

Is the Air Lift 2 gallon air tank add-on worth it and useful? Should I look at another compressor & tank setup, like ARB?

The tank would probably get occasional use filling tires, blowing dirt and maybe powering an impact tool.

I have the 74000ez compressor for my airbags on my 2.5gen

I don't see the reason why you would need a tank for airing up bags, but it sounds like it would be handy some of your other uses.

Yeah, it’s not needed for the Air Lifts bags.

Installer said it is useful (as a convenience). Since I am new to trucks and a very lightweight, new Overlander, I’m not sure how much it would be useful. Or if 2 gallons is a useful size.

You wont get much run time with an impact. Youre better off getting a cordless one. It would make airing up go faster and youd be setup for some train horns. Other than that, its just extra weight and additional potential leak points. I ran a 3 gal, 8 port aluminum tank @ 200psi for many years...used it to air up more co-workers than my own damn tires. Train horn got daily usage though...plenty of idiots out and about

How much is it for the tank. If its cheap and it can be tucked up enough then i could see it being handy.....but definetely not a "must have".

I have the Air Lift WirelessOne compressor with Firestone bags. I used the mount that someone sells on the forum to mount the compressor on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
