When accelerating, through 1500-2000k RPM, or if I hold the RPMs in that range, there is a persistent whining coming from what feels like the vents or the engine bay. Once the truck shifts, it goes away but then comes back as RPMs climb.

Its only present when the AC is on. The instant I toggle off AC, the noise stops. If I have the fan on, but no AC, no noise.

    2017, 5.7. 130k miles.

Any guesses? Replaced the belt and tensioner recently but it had no impact.

    Gracias!
