Where are you mounting the compressor? I’m asking because I have an airlift one and it recommends mounting on the frame. I mounted it in the bed, but then moved it to inside the truck.

If outside the cab, I’d run the wires straight to the battery. If inside, you could get a fuse tap and run it to the fuse box.

That should work if it’s always hot. I think it was 12 gauge wire, but I’m not sure how many amps it was. I just ran it through the hole in the side of the bed by the fuel cap and along the frame to the battery.

Mine was in a toolbox in the bed when I bought it, made a mount and moved it under the hood. Also added a switch and valve to let the air out when I'm not using them.IMAG1105.jpg IMAG1107.jpg
